Indonesian Treasury Review (ITRev): Jurnal Perbendaharaan, Keuangan Negara dan Kebijakan Publik is a scientific peer-reviewed publication that contains research results, development, studies, and ideas in the scope of Treasury, State Finance, and Public Policy. ITRev is published by the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance, since 2016 based on the Decree of the Director General of Treasury Number KEP-269/PB/2016. ITRev has two types of ISSN (International Standard Serial Number), namely the print version with p-ISSN number 2527-2721 and the online version with e-ISSN number 2622-4399. ITRev was first published in 2016 and is issued periodically four times a year.

The inception of ITRev was driven by the need for a scientific approach and framework to realize modern organizational governance based on the principles of learning organizations and research-based policy. It serves not only the specific functions of treasury and state finance management but also extends to broader public policy discussions. ITRev aims to foster a public sphere for dialogue, socialization, and education, contributing to the development of a modern, efficient, effective, accountable, and sustainable treasury system.

ITRev welcomes submissions in English for authors from around the world. We do not charge publication fees, making our journal accessible to all authors. Submissions are welcome from authors of all affiliations, provided their research aligns with our journal's aims and scope. All articles published in ITRev are available for open access under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), ensuring the global dissemination of knowledge.

ITRev is indexed in Sinta, Crossref, WorldCat, Dimensions, Garuda, Google Scholar among others, attesting to our quality and impact in State Treasury, Public Finance, and Public Policy. 

ITRev uses Open Journal Systems 3, a journal management and publishing system that has been developed by the Public Knowledge Project through its federally funded efforts to expand and improve access to research. It is developed, supported, and freely distributed by the Public Knowledge Project under the GNU General Public License.

 

Journal History

• ITRev was established in April 2016 as Jurnal Indonesian Treasury Review: Jurnal Perbendaharaan, Keuangan Negara dan Kebijakan Publik.
• In 2016, ITRev used a semi-online business process (email-based communication) up to its 2018 volume.
• In 2018, ITRev became a fully online business process since Vol. 3, No. 4, 2018
• In 2018, ITRev has been indexed by Garuda.
• In 2019, ITRev has been accredited as Sinta 2 by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. 10/E/KPT/2019. This accreditation is effective starting from Vol. 2, No. 1, 2017.
• In 2022: ITRev has been reaccredited, still remaining at Sinta 2, by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. 105/E/KPT/2022. This accreditation is effective starting from Vol. 6, No. 2, 2021.
