Indonesian Treasury Review: Jurnal Perbendaharaan, Keuangan Negara dan Kebijakan Publik (ITRev) is committed to preserving the scholarly articles it publishes to ensure their long-term availability and accessibility. All articles published in ITRev are stored on the Ministry of Finance's servers, and also archived on Internet Archive to ensure their security. Additionally, each published issue of ITRev is also stored in the repository of Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia.

Ministry of Finance Server

ITRev uses servers managed by the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu). These servers are used to store internal data, ensure data security, and support Kemenkeu's service systems. The Ministry of Finance also has a data center that is professionally managed to ensure smooth operations and the security of the data being managed, including data backup and disaster recovery systems. One of the key facilities is the Disaster Recovery Centre (DRC).

Internet Archive

ITRev periodically archives the articles that have been published on Internet Archive (archive.org), which provides open access to a vast collection of digital content, to ensure that this information remains accessible to future generations.
