Indonesian Treasury Review (ITRev Henceforth) was first published in 2016 as a publication containing research, development, studies, and thoughts in the fields of treasury, state finance, and public policy with ISSN 2527-2721 (printed).

In 2018, the journal has been trransforming into e-journal. The journal has been through the process of editing, correction, as well as substantial and administrative review by the editorial board, Reviewer, and editorial staff.

The journal aims to contribute significantly and positively to knowledge development as well as a mean of communication and discussion among researchers, academia, and policy makers.
